Located within an uncontaminated natural context setting just a few minutes from the center of Collecchio, the villas of “Case del Lupo”, designed as a sensitive mediation between artifice and nature to generate a perfect balance between modern aesthetics and functionality, represent an example of contemporary architecture capable of offering comfort, brightness and elegance at the same time.

CONTEXT

The pre-hilly landscape in this area is particularly natural, characterised by meadows and woods with valuable trees.
CONCEPT
The two villas represent a perfect combination of design innovation and respect for the environment, a real “CONTEMPORARY DESIGN AND NATURAL SOUL”. The design concept revolves around the idea of visual permeability and spatial continuity: the perimeter walls dissolve into large sliding glass surfaces, ensuring transparency and continuity between inside and outside. The landscape penetrates the architecture becoming an active element of the composition.
DESIGN
The “line” architectural layout gently resting on the slight slope of the first hill is composed of clean and essential geometric volumes that develop on an above-ground level and a basement level. The distribution of the spaces seeks the “genius loci” by emphasizing the characteristics of the site and maximizing the contribution of sunlight during the winter months and mitigating any excess radiation, with the use of appropriate screens, in the summer periods.
VILLA 1
From a reserved pedestrian access you enter the house and the philosophy of its spaces that follow one another seamlessly between the domestic dimension and the surrounding natural landscape. The patio opens simultaneously onto the terrace with a swimming pool, overlooking the private garden and the “living” area of about 110 m2 in which the kitchen, dining area and living room are divided. The northern portion is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area equipped with a reception area with bathroom and wardrobes, two spacious single bedrooms each with “suite” bathroom and a luxurious master bedroom with bathroom and bright walk-in closet. The basement areas house the ‘SPA’ zone,” gym, study, wardrobe and tavern; from the latter you can access the service rooms such as laundry, cellar, technical room for the technological systems and garage.
